The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals for "SEWERS 1-26 MARY STREET EXTENDED SANITARY SEWER REPAIRS." This project involves approximately 2,358 linear feet of 27" and 30" sanitary CIPP lining, replacement of 78 vertical feet of sanitary manholes, and reconstruction of concrete and asphalt pavement, along with associated restoration work. Proposals must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com via their VirtuBid(tm) online bid service by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened via Zoom. The City of Green Bay Standard Specifications and Construction Standards for Public Works Construction, 2024 Edition, 2025 Edition Supplemental Standard Specifications, and special provisions of this contract apply. All bidders must register with QuestCDN to download documents and be added to the Planholder List. A fee of $42.00 is required for downloading contract documents, which are non-refundable. Proof of responsibility must be filed with the Director of Public Works at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening. This contract is subject to Wisconsin Statutes concerning public works construction, liens on contractors, and proof of responsibility. Any bidder violating Chapter 133.01 of the Wisconsin Statutes may be disqualified for three years. The estimated completion date for this project is September 30, 2026.
