Lease of Classroom and Office Space

The Central Massachusetts Collaborative is soliciting proposals for the lease of a minimum of 100,000 square feet of space suitable for classrooms and offices. The desired location is Worcester, Massachusetts, or a municipality directly adjacent to it. The proposed lease term is an initial period of ten (10) years, with the option for the Collaborative to renew the lease for five (5) additional one (1)-year periods at its sole discretion. Proposals must be submitted in sealed format and will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time on Monday, May 18, 2026. Late, faxed, or conditional proposals will not be accepted. If the Collaborative's administrative offices are closed due to inclement weather or other emergencies, the deadline will be extended to 10:00 A.M. local time on the next business day. All proposals must adhere to the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. The Collaborative reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the Collaborative. Any submitted proposal will remain binding for sixty (60) calendar days following the opening of proposals.
