Larimer County Department of Human Services
Larimer County Department of Human Services is seeking applications to establish a pool of qualified providers for its Core Services Program. This program aims to offer support to families with children at imminent risk of out-of-home placement or in need of services to maintain a least-restrictive setting. Services sought include Home Based Intervention, Intensive Family Therapy, Sexual Abuse Treatment, Day Treatment, Mental Health Services, Coaching, Functional Family Therapy, Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), Parent Education, Family Time Continuum, Trauma Assessments, and Trauma Informed Care Services. LCDHS is particularly interested in providers offering services in multiple languages, catering to special communities, utilizing evidence-based practices, providing substance abuse treatment, or offering family violence early intervention services. Selected providers will enter into contracts, with an initial term ending May 31, 2028, and potential for one (1) two-year optional renewal.
