Compressed Gas Supply and Maintenance

The United States Special Operations Command is seeking information regarding industry capabilities for the procurement, refilling, and maintenance of specific compressed gases. The gases required include Aviator's Breathing Oxygen, Helium Oxygen Mix, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene Technical Grade, Geotech Mixed Calibration Gas, TVA Mixed Calibration Gas, Hydrogen (Ultra-High Purity Grade), Nitrox Mixed 60/40, and Nitrox Mixed 50/50. Vendors must be capable of refilling gases to specified military and commercial standards, providing all necessary certification paperwork, and ensuring a one-week turnaround time for refills. Additionally, vendors must be able to handle the pickup and return of empty and filled containers, perform maintenance and testing of compressed gas cylinders, and have the capacity to maintain a stock of specific cylinders for swap purposes at the Portsmouth facility. Disposal of condemned cylinders in accordance with applicable regulations is also required.
