Ball State University is soliciting sealed bids for the Park Hall Pond Renovation project. The scope of work includes dewatering and dredging the existing pond, fish relocation, earthwork, erosion control, salvage, cleaning, and resetting of the existing limestone wall, construction of a new cast-in-place wall with limestone veneer, and upgrades to the water feature system. Bidding documents are available electronically and can be obtained from Ball State University Purchasing Services. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT at the Service & Stores building. Bids are due by 11:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and must be submitted on the Contractors Bid For Public Works Form 96, accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond for at least 5 percent of the total bid price. The successful contractor will be required to furnish an acceptable surety bond in the full contract amount. Compliance with Indiana state laws regarding public works contracts, including prequalification and E-Verify program requirements, is mandatory.
