Mail Courier Services for California Department of Industrial Relations

The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requires a courier service to handle the daily pick-up and delivery of high volumes of time-sensitive and sensitive mail. This service is crucial for ensuring the timely distribution and security of mail, including incoming checks and sensitive personal information, between various DIR offices and United States Postal Service locations. The contract will be for a term of thirty-six (36) months. The scope of work includes picking up and delivering mail between DIR offices in Oakland and San Francisco, as well as collecting mail from USPS Post Office Boxes and substations. Services require secure overnight storage of mail, adherence to a strict chain of custody, and daily pick-ups and deliveries within specified timeframes.
