Event Tent Rentals for Offutt Air Force Base Air Show

This opportunity is for the rental of event tents for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The requirement includes: * One (1) 40ft x 80ft command tent (grass installation) * One (1) 40ft x 75ft STEM tent (grass installation) * Three (3) 15ft x 30ft security tents (concrete installation) * One (1) 40ft x 135ft FSS Sponsor tent (grass installation) The contractor will be responsible for providing weight ballasts for tents on concrete and anchors, including coordinating dig permits with the Offutt Air Show Office and 55th Civil Engineering Squadron for tents on grass. All labor and materials must be delivered by 3:00 PM CDT on August 6, 2026. Tent setup must be completed by 8:00 AM CDT on August 7, 2026. Tent removal can begin no earlier than 3:00 PM CDT on August 9, 2026. The tents must be tasteful in design and avoid a commercial or carnival appearance.
