Giulio Cesare Pavement Replacement Project

The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting bids for the PW-292 Giulio Cesare Pavement Replacement Project. This project involves the necessary tasks to improve a specific section of Giulio Cesare Avenue, located between Charleston Road and State Route 90 within the City of Sierra Vista, Arizona. All work and materials must comply with the Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction, sponsored by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), with modifications provided in these Special Provisions. The project scope includes various construction activities such as subgrade preparation, aggregate base course installation, asphalt concrete pavement, milling, and adjustments to existing sewer manholes, communication frames, and water/gas valve frames. Additionally, the project requires the installation of painted stripes and pavement markers. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov, by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11:00 am Arizona Time. Late bids will not be accepted. The project requires a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and statutory payment and performance bonds, each for 100 percent of the contract amount.
