Subcontractor Services for Pumping Systems, Furnish, Installation & Maintenance

Hydro Resource - Mid Continent, Inc. is soliciting bids from certified Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (SLBE, MBE, WBE) for various aspects of the Pumping Systems, Furnish, Installation & Maintenance Phase 5 project for El Paso Water Utilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, video survey of wells, well screen cleaning, well disinfection, pump and motor replacement, installation of discharge piping and flow meters, SCADA connection, well plugging, and rental of frac tanks and portable toilets. Bidders are encouraged to propose on any portion of the work as described in the specifications. Proposals must be submitted via email to AMajors@HydroResources.com by 10:00 AM on June 2, 2026, and must include the certification number and/or a copy of the HUB certificate. Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. El Paso Water Utilities adheres to the Cone of Silence policy.
