Description

This action concerns real property located in Natrona County, Wyoming, specifically at 3641 East 18th Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601. The Plaintiff has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title seeking a determination that an Abstract of Judgment recorded on September 21, 2015, in favor of First Financial Investment Fund V, LLC against Milton Anderson dba DJA Consultants, Inc., is expired and unenforceable, and therefore does not constitute a valid lien against the property.
