Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority Annual and Capital Fund Plans

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) is soliciting public review and comment on its Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2027, which includes the Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy. Additionally, the Capital Fund Program Five Year Action Plan for FY 2026-2030 is open for review. Documents can be viewed and comments can be submitted online at www.rrha.com, in person at 600 E. Broad Street, Suite 400, or at the Property Management offices. A hybrid public meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be accessible virtually via Zoom or in person in the RRHA Administrative Offices Board Room.
