Unisex Double-Knit Pique Polos

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) is soliciting bids for an Agency Specific Term Contract to supply and deliver unisex double-knit pique polos in sizes Small through 7X. These polos are intended for "as needed" delivery to the Columbus Sewing Plant during the contract period, which is expected to be three years. The solicitation specifies a wide range of colors, with particular notes on Navy Blue (available with and without pockets, and in long/short sleeves) and Red (long and short sleeves). Fabric specifications include a weight of 5.4 oz per square yard, 100% Polyester Double Knit Pique construction, and resistance to fading, shrinking, snagging, and wrinkling. The polos must feature a traditional three-button placket, ribbed collar, moisture-wicking properties, and bartacking at stress points. Samples of proposed products are required prior to the bid opening date of June 17, 2026.
