Construct GA Terminal Building and Wash Rack at Owyhee Airport

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits proposals for the construction of a General Aviation Terminal Building and Wash Rack at the Owyhee Airport (10U). The project scope includes the construction, delivery, and installation of a pre-manufactured general aviation terminal building on a concrete foundation. Site improvements will involve ADA-compliant sidewalk construction, parking areas, and site grading. Additionally, the project requires the installation of a potable water system, including a new well, well house, piping, and water service to the terminal building, as well as a new sewer septic system with a sewer pipe, septic vault, and leach field. Electrical services to the terminal building and well house will also be installed. The project further includes the construction of a new wash rack, encompassing excavation, base installation, concrete placement, and the installation of storm drain piping and drainage structures. Bidders must be licensed to perform the work in either the State of Idaho or the State of Nevada. This project is subject to federal clauses including Government-wide Debarment and Suspension, Drug-free Workplace, Foreign Trade Restrictions, Buy American Preference, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Requirements (49 CFR Part 26). Federal Davis-Bacon and related acts wage provisions apply.
