Oakland Schools Summit Campus Remodel

Oakland Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Summit Campus Remodel project. The bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM EST on May 7, 2026, at Oakland Schools, located at 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328. Bids must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder's owner/employee and any member of the Oakland Schools Board or the Superintendent. Bids lacking this disclosure statement will not be accepted. A bid bond payable to the owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, is also required. Oakland Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularities.
