Fiscal Agent Services for Bossier Parish School Board

The Bossier Parish School Board is soliciting proposals for Fiscal Agent services for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. The selected financial institution will be responsible for receiving all deposits, maintaining all accounts, making loans, and fulfilling other obligations of a Fiscal Agent. Key responsibilities include managing interest-bearing accounts, ensuring all earned interest is credited monthly, providing monthly reports on pledged securities, offering a 'Positive Pay' system, and providing online banking access. The institution will also provide monthly statements in an electronic format without charge and may lend to the School Board as authorized and required.
