Description
Bloomfield Hills Schools is soliciting bids from prime contractors for architectural trades to facilitate site work and turf preparation at the South Hills Courtyard. Bid documents will be available for viewing on BuildingConnected starting May 4th, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through BuildingConnected no later than May 19th, 2026, at 1:00 PM. A public bid opening will be held via a provided link at 1:00 PM on the closing date. Bidders are required to submit a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance, and a Bid Bond with their proposal on BuildingConnected. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
