Water Treatment Services for East Irondequoit Central School District

The East Irondequoit Central School District (EICSD) is soliciting bids for comprehensive Water Treatment Services. This includes monthly testing and monitoring of boilers, water systems, and glycol loop systems across various EICSD buildings and facilities. The services must be performed on equipment manufactured by AERCO and Cleaver Brooks, with quarterly service required for steam boilers, hot water boilers, main hot water systems, chilled water systems, and geothermal/glycol loops. The contractor must demonstrate at least five years of experience in water treatment services and have been in business for at least three years. Services are to be performed on a monthly charge basis, with the term of the agreement running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, or until funds are exhausted.
