The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD) is soliciting bids for the supply of dry food products. The contract is set to begin on June 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2027. Deliveries are expected to commence the week of July 27, 2026, with the first delivery or pick-up to the KPBSD Central Receiving Warehouse in Soldotna, Alaska. Prices quoted should be F.O.B. delivery point. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 4:00 P.M. Alaska Time on May 14, 2026, and will not be accepted via fax or electronic means. The district reserves the right to award the contract on a line-item basis and may adjust quantities as needed. All awarded products must have a minimum shelf life of 8 months upon receipt, and vendors must provide nutritional information and a recall plan. Successful bidders must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
