Tent and Equipment Rental and Setup Services for USCG Base Honolulu

The United States Coast Guard is soliciting bids for the rental, transport, setup, and removal of tents, tables, and associated equipment for Base Honolulu. This includes water barrels for anchoring, as stakes cannot be used due to underground utilities. The period of performance is from June 26, 2026, through June 29, 2026. Contractors must provide a list of all site personnel, including subcontractors, to the liaisons prior to any site visit. Personnel will be restricted to designated working areas and must have photo identification. Work will be performed during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday), and contractors must comply with OSHA Safety and Health Standards. Water and 120V electricity will be available at no cost. The contractor is responsible for the security of all stored materials and equipment, and for obtaining all necessary permits. All litter and debris must be cleaned and removed from the construction site at the end of each workday.
