Purchase and Installation of Window Shades

This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of up to 36 window shades. The specifications require brand name or equal to CACO, INC Rollease Skyline Roller Shades, including stainless steel beaded chains, 3" black aluminum deluxe fascias, KleenScreen 1% fabric, and compliance with NFPA 701 fire classification, ASTMG21 and ASTME2180 fungal/bacterial resistance, and Grade 4 out of 5 light fastness. The color will be selected after award. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of existing blinds and cleaning up the work area. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools and ensure accurate measurements are taken prior to quote submission. A one-year warranty for the installation and a commercial warranty for the window shades are required. Delivery and installation must occur within 30 days of award. On-site installation will take place in Bldg 301 at Robins Air Force Base, GA, with work hours typically from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Sunday through Saturday, though the Government may adjust these hours with 48-hour notice. The solicitation does not require a security clearance for personnel. Vendor spec sheets and pictures of offered products are required to be submitted with the quote and are part of the evaluation process.
