As-Needed Engineering, Surveying, and Consulting Services

The Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide engineering, surveying, and consulting services on an as-needed basis. The group intends to contract with up to three qualified firms to assist with smaller projects and development reviews. The scope of services includes development review, land surveying, civil engineering, drainage engineering, hydraulics and hydrology, floodplain management, roadway engineering, wastewater treatment engineering, traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, materials testing, structural engineering, electrical engineering, lighting engineering, cultural resource consulting, wetlands delineations, 404 permitting, and environmental consulting. Firms selected will be expected to provide professional drawings in AutoCAD format. Larger projects will be solicited separately. Firms are expected not to provide services for private interests within the City due to potential conflicts of interest.
