Diesel Fuel Supply and Delivery Services

The New Castle County Vo-Tech School District is soliciting bids for the supply of diesel fuel. This contract includes the provision and maintenance of fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) storage tanks, pumps, hoses, and nozzles. The supplier will be responsible for ensuring consistent fuel quality, meeting ASTM D975 (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel - ULSD) and ISO 22241 specifications, and providing seasonal blending including winter anti-gel treatment. The supplier must also be capable of 24/7 delivery, including emergency response, and maintain adequate inventory levels. Pricing must be transparent, with options for fixed price or rack-based pricing plus margin, and clear itemization of all fees and taxes. The contract term is one year with potential for three additional one-year renewals.
