Janitorial Services for Catawba Valley Community College

Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive janitorial services across its campus. The scope of work encompasses 16 facilities, totaling approximately 493,620 square feet, which include offices, restrooms, laboratories, and classroom spaces. The services required involve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning tasks, as well as the provision of all necessary cleaning supplies, materials, tools, and equipment. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring all personnel undergo background checks. The contract is set to begin on July 1, 2026, with an initial term of three years and includes two optional one-year renewals.
