Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Freight Elevator #12 Modernization

This solicitation is for architectural and engineering design services for the modernization of Freight Elevator #12 located in Building A at the United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington D.C. The award will be made on a best-value tradeoff basis. The design documents will support phased construction to repurpose approximately 17,000 square feet on the 8th floor of Building A into a multi-functional workplace environment. Services include investigation of existing conditions, feasibility studies, concept development, and preparation of complete, biddable, and constructible design documents.
