General Contractor for New Swine Barn Construction

Saline County is soliciting proposals for a General Contractor to construct a new Swine Barn at the Saline County Fairgrounds, located at 406 Fairfield Road, Benton, AR 72015. Interested bidders can request a link to the Bid Documents from the project architect, Brian Black of BCO+H Architects, via email at Brian@BCOandH.com or by phone at 501-315-7686. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the job site. Bids must be submitted to Angie Drummond at the Courthouse, Suite 115, no later than Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
