Registered Behavior Technician & Board Certified Behavior Analyst Services

The Little Rock School District is seeking proposals for contract services as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). These services will be managed by the District's Special Program department. The full request for proposal (RFP) is available online through the Ion Wave platform, where interested parties must register to access documents and submit proposals electronically. This online submission is the only accepted method. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via the Ion Wave platform by May 26, 2026, at 12 pm. Questions and answers will be posted publicly. The Procurement Department of the Little Rock School District is the sole point of contact for this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated based on hourly rate, company profile, years in business, qualifications, and references. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive offer.
