The project is a total small business set-aside with a construction cost limitation of $18,000,000. The scope of work includes installing power for the Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT) and the Transportable Flight Procedure Simulator (TFPS), connecting simulators to the Fire Alarm System, converting bay areas to a wet pipe sprinkler system, and addressing egress deficiencies and other life safety repairs.
