Custom Signs and Banners

The City of Tulsa's Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department is seeking bids for custom signs and banners. This solicitation aims to establish a one-year annual contract, with the possibility of additional one-year extensions. The scope of services includes the purchase of custom yard signs (18"x24" corrugated plastic with text and graphics) and custom vinyl banners (6'x3' with text and graphics). All prices quoted must be based on delivery F.O.B. Tulsa, Oklahoma, with all charges prepaid by the Seller. Bidders must specify their delivery time. Items over 500lbs cannot be directly shipped to the City for unloading by City personnel; all unloading is the responsibility of the Seller. The City intends to award the contract to the lowest secure bidder that best meets the City's needs at the lowest cost, considering factors such as price, specifications, bidder history, delivery time, and performance data.
