Fly Tent Sunscreens

This solicitation is for the procurement of fly tent sunscreens, specifically 20'x20' in size. The sunscreens must be constructed from 80% black shade cloth mesh fabric and feature #5.5 grommets spaced every 2 feet on all four sides. Each sunscreen will include 10 guy ropes and 1 dowel with 2 holes per rope. The ropes are specified as Neobraid, 25' long and 1/4" thick, and the dowels are 1" round and 4" long with two 7/16" wide holes spaced 2" apart. The packaged product dimensions are 23"x19"x10" in a regular slotted RSC carton. Delivery is to the Northern Rockies Area Incident Support Cache in Missoula, MT, with a period of performance from May 15, 2026, to July 31, 2026.
