Printing Services for Valley Metro

Valley Metro is seeking sealed offers for printing services in a variety of formats for a contract term of up to five years, commencing on or about January 17, 2027. This procurement aims to support Valley Metro's strategic plan for delivering excellent customer service. The scope of work includes various printing projects categorized into large format (wraps for vehicles like buses and light rail, wall graphics, signs, banners, posters) and smaller formats (envelopes, postcards, bookmarks, flyers, brochures, booklets, decals, newsletters, notebooks, car cards, display boards, system maps). The services will encompass printing, finishing, mailing distribution, binding, and installation/removal where applicable. Specific requirements for vehicle wraps detail installation, removal, and damage protocols, while print projects cover a wide range of materials and finishes. Valley Metro will utilize a Master Agreement with selected contractors, with task orders issued for specific assignments based on qualifications, availability, and cost. The contract term is five years, starting January 17, 2027, or upon award. Pricing will be evaluated based on a market basket approach for categories of services.
