This solicitation is for the acquisition of various food service products, specifically dairy and bread items, for the Federal Bureau of Prisons at Federal Prison Camp Montgomery. The required items include pasteurized whole milk in 1-pint and 8-fl oz containers, whole wheat finger rolls (hot dog buns), whole wheat sandwich rolls (hamburger buns), and whole wheat sandwich bread. All bread products must be fresh, pan-baked, sliced, enriched, and seedless, delivered within 48 hours of baking. Milk must comply with 21 CFR Part 131.110. Deliveries are scheduled for every Friday, with specific delivery windows from July 1st to July 15th, 2026, between 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, excluding Federal Holidays. The government reserves the right to award item by item, in groups, or in aggregate. Past performance and price are the evaluation factors, with past performance rated higher than price.
