Modified Competitive Sale of Public Land Parcels in Clark County, Nevada

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 22 parcels of public land, totaling 232.89 acres, in the Las Vegas Valley via a modified competitive sale. The sale will be conducted at no less than each parcel's fair market value, in accordance with the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. This process will adhere to the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM regulations. A modified competitive bidding procedure, specifically an online sale, has been selected for this transaction.
