Modular Classrooms at Cedar Bluff School

Cherokee County Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of modular classrooms at Cedar Bluff School in Sand Rock, Alabama. Bidders are required to visit the site prior to submitting their proposal. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal forms and will be opened on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond payable to Cherokee County Schools, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount, but no more than $10,000.00. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds will be required at the signing of the contract. Bidders must be licensed general contractors in accordance with Alabama state law and must display their license number on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope. Project documents can be reviewed and printed via the McKee website at www.mckeeassoc.com. All RFIs and RFAs must be submitted via email using the forms provided in the project manual.
