Operation of Hair Salon and Barber Services

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is soliciting proposals for the operation of a licensed, professional, full-service barber and hair salon parlor. This establishment will serve students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. All responses must be submitted through the UTSA RowdyExchange Sourcing Portal. Paper hard copy bid, RFP, or RFQ responses will not be accepted and may be disqualified. Solicitation documents and vendor registration can be completed online through the UTSA RowdyExchange Sourcing Portal.
