General Merchandise and Supermarket Store Discounts

Alief Independent School District is seeking discount pricing for general merchandise and supermarket stores. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. Proposals will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District. The District reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing. An award is anticipated at the June 2024 school board meeting. Proposal responses will be accepted continuously until April 30, 2029, with the contract term running from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029.
