Catalog/Discount Vendors for School Supplies

Irving Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for the "as needed" purchase of catalog/discount vendors. This opportunity is intended for companies that primarily operate as product-oriented businesses. Specifications are provided as an attachment within the solicitation document. The district plans to award this RFP to multiple respondents, with an initial term of one year from the date of award, and the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods, for a maximum contract duration of five years. Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged, though paper bids are legally accepted. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
