Deep Cleaning Services for Birmingham VA Medical Center

The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement a detailed cleaning program for the Birmingham Veteran Medical Center. This service will be performed quarterly to ensure the health and well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. The scope of work includes deep cleaning of the canteen's floors, walls, ceiling tiles, drain lines, and vents, as well as the main kitchen areas, including walls, doors, light fixtures, vents, and ceiling tiles. The contractor must possess at least 5 years of experience in professional industrial kitchen cleaning services with a satisfactory rating. The solicitation has been amended to include square footage for the canteen (16,069 sqft) and NFS (11,755 sqft), along with a drawing.
