Request for Qualifications for Redevelopment Planner Services

The East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of professional planning services. These services include preparing reports, presentations, and research on various aspects of land use, housing, open space, economic development, redevelopment, transportation, public utilities, historic preservation, and natural resource protection. Respondents will also be expected to advise the Agency on techniques, rules, and regulations related to redevelopment and land use, assist in preparing redevelopment plans, and provide planning advice on proposals. The scope also includes preparing plans for development and redevelopment, representing the Township in meetings with external stakeholders, advising on new planning techniques, and preparing maps and public presentations. All planners performing services must be licensed by the State of New Jersey. The contract term is for one year, with a fee not to exceed $200 per hour.
