Sports Supplies and Athletic Equipment Procurement

The City of Altamonte Springs is soliciting bids for sports supplies and athletic equipment to be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract will cover a wide range of items including, but not limited to, equipment for baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, exercise, pool activities, summer camps, and court sports, as well as other supplies listed on the Itemized Bid Form. Pricing will include firm unit prices for frequently ordered items and a percentage discount off the bidder's current published catalog for other items. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms, not to exceed five years total.
