Plan Development for Flood Resilience

The State of Connecticut, through its Department of Administrative Services Procurement, is soliciting proposals from qualified Consulting Environmental Engineering firms to provide site assessment and comprehensive design services for a project focused on flood resilience. This project will involve planning for flood resilience through salt marsh rehabilitation and the implementation of green infrastructure. Funding for this project is provided through a Federal grant, which necessitates adherence to additional terms, conditions, and obligations specific to federally funded projects. Detailed project requirements are outlined in Section 2, Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
