The required items include various sizes of 4K Smart TVs, Full HD monitors, soundbar systems, HDMI adapters, wall mounts, high-speed HDMI cables, reusable cable ties, a laser projector with a projection screen, a PA speaker kit, a mixing console, microphone cables, audio cables, speaker cables, handheld microphones, microphone stands, and a digital wireless microphone system. All equipment must be compatible with each other, and all TV brands must be the same. Delivery is to the SUPSHIP Building 2039 in Pascagoula, MS. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination.
