La Plata County Security Electronics System Maintenance and Repair

La Plata County is seeking proposals from qualified technology services contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, programming, troubleshooting, and support services for the integrated security electronics systems at the La Plata County Jail. Proposals must be received by the La Plata County Procurement Division no later than May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM MDT. Proposals should be emailed to KHightower@lpcgov.org and SIwanicki@lpcgov.org with the subject line "Maintenance and Repair of Security Electronics System, RFP #26-020-2020". The County reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to accept the response deemed to be in the best interest of La Plata County. Contracts will generally be awarded to the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal meets the requirements, is priced within the budgeted amount, and represents the best overall value for the County.
