Environmental Chamber Maintenance and Calibration Services

This solicitation is for the preventative maintenance and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration of four environmental chambers located on the NIOSH Pittsburgh campus. These chambers are critical for conducting respirator approval and audit testing under extreme environmental conditions, and require regular maintenance and calibration to maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. The scope of work includes standard preventative maintenance for four specific Russells Technical Products environmental chambers (Models WMD-1407-20-HCD-1125-5-AC, WMD-288-GCMD-6-6-AC, WMD-900-30-30-MUA-AC, and WMD-900-30-30-MUA-60-AC) and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration for temperature and humidity. The contract requires the vendor to be the original equipment manufacturer, Russells Technical Products, Inc., or their subcontractor. The period of performance is on or before June 30, 2026, with the preventative maintenance and calibration to be performed within six months of contract award. Calibration results and certificates are due within one week of completed calibration.
