Medical Gas Deficiency Corrections and Maintenance

This project involves providing construction services to correct deficiencies and perform maintenance on the medical gas systems at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System located at 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The scope of work includes addressing specific deficiencies identified in the medical gas systems, such as installing a new area alarm panel, relocating zone valve boxes, installing nitrogen zone valves, and installing Waste Anesthetic Gas Disposal (WAGD) inlets. The contractor will also be responsible for testing and verification of systems post-construction, including master alarms, area alarms, zone valves, outlets/inlets, source systems, and gas contaminants. All work must be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
