Rogers County Materials and Services Bids

Rogers County, Oklahoma is accepting sealed bids for various materials and services. The bids must be submitted to the Rogers County Purchasing Agent in the Office of Jeanne M. Heidlage, Rogers County Clerk. Bids are due by 5:00 PM Central Time on Friday, May 29, 2026, and will be opened in the Commissioner's Meeting Room. Specific items for bid include: * Asphalt materials for a 3-month period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. * General materials for a 6-month period from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. * Ballot services for a 12-month period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. * General services for a 3-month period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. All bids must be plainly marked "SEALED BID" with the bid number and submitted in a sealed envelope. Only one bid per envelope is permitted.
