Construction Manager at Risk Services for District Wide Minor Construction Projects

The School District of Escambia County is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services for miscellaneous district-wide minor construction projects. This solicitation adheres to the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), Chapter 4, and Florida Statute 1013.45(1)(c). Respondents are required to submit a statement of qualifications, including one original, six hard copies, and one electronic copy, delivered in a sealed box or envelope.
