Annual Contracts for Public Works Materials and Services

The City of Claremore Public Works Authority is soliciting sealed bids for several annual contracts. These include contracts for Ready Mixed Concrete, Asphalt, Sand, Gravel, and Rock, as well as Hauling, Topsoil, Clay, and Shale. Additionally, bids are being accepted for Vegetation Management. Bids are to be submitted via certified mail, courier, or hand-delivery to the Finance Department. All bids must be clearly labeled with the specific trade package or contract description. Bids received more than 96 hours before the scheduled opening time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, or after the scheduled opening time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. Contractors must have extensive experience. Packages and plans are available at https://claremore.com/bids.
