Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for comprehensive electrical maintenance, repair, replacement, refurbishment, installation, inspection, and certification services. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis across the NHA's portfolio of approximately 7,500 public housing units, which include high-rise family and elderly complexes, as well as low-rise and townhouse projects spread across thirty-seven sites. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Bidnet platform by Wednesday, May 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
