Concrete Pavement Repair on US 2

This solicitation is for concrete pavement repair on US Highway 2, specifically from the junction with 58th Street West (Williston) to the junction with US Highway 85 on the westbound lanes. Bids will be accepted electronically through the Bid Express online bidding exchange until 9:30 AM on May 8, 2026. Bid results will be posted online approximately 30 minutes after opening. Proposal forms, plans, and specifications are available on the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) website and can be inspected at the Construction Services Division in Bismarck, North Dakota. Bidders not prequalified with NDDOT must submit an online Contractor's Prequalification request at least ten business days prior to the bid opening. The NDDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the one deemed in the best interest of the state.
