Janitorial Services for Teacher Retirement System of Texas Buildings

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) is soliciting proposals for janitorial services for its Alpha and Bravo buildings located in the Mueller Business District, Austin, Texas. The services will encompass daily cleaning, routine monitoring, and specialized tasks such as deep cleaning, floor stripping and refinishing, and emergency services. The contract will have an initial term of one year with up to four one-year optional renewal terms. Respondents must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing janitorial services, with at least three years serving facilities of comparable size to TRS' approximately 400,000 square feet.
